Jim Brault has been coaching executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders for over 30 years. His approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, organizational development, integrated training, and cognitive-behavioral practices. He works collaboratively with his clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. Jim’s background includes being a Fortune 500 Chief Human Resources Officer, a CEO for retired Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine’s Unbeatable Mind and SEALFIT companies, and the Founder of Got Your 6 Teams. Jim is certified in Yoga, Meditation, and Hypnosis, and is pursuing his doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He completed Kokoro 47, the civilian version of Navy SEAL Hell Week at age 54. He was on Team Courage, achieved a Guinness World Record for Burpees in 24 hours, has multiple black belts, and was a USNPF National Powerlifting Champion.
