For a lot of employers, annual Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting feels as hard as getting into the ring with a heavyweight. Incomplete and inaccurate forms can earn an employer penalties of their own, but they can also send signals to the IRS that an employer failed to comply with the ACA, leaving the employer vulnerable to budget-busting penalty assessments.
If you’re tasked with filling out these forms for an employer, or reviewing forms a reporting vendor, this webinar is for you. This webinar will include a line-by-line review of the forms and will answer critical questions.
