Course Description

This course reviews Virginia's Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) tax credit program.  The NAP program basics will be discussed; donation limits and tax credits and deductions to be received and documentation needed.  The class will review the different types of entities that can take advantage of the NAP tax credit.  The course also details the different types of donations available to donors: Cash, Assets and donated time.  Also discusses the increased relevancy of the program given the new tax law and SALT.
